Hello from VJ North America!
I first wanted to say Thank You to each of you. We are a small family run business, and we appreciate each and every customer.
I wanted to touch base with an update on what is going on here and to check in on each of you. Please feel free to reply to this or send me an email to tell me how you are doing in this unprecedented time we are experiencing.
The good news is that we can still run outside. I have found that getting out in nature really helps me reset after being cooped up all day. I still believe that races will happen sometime this year, so I’ve been upping my training/running volume by hitting the trails as often as I can. I hope each of you are taking advantage of being outside as much as you can.
On the business side, we are still able to get to our warehouse to process and ship orders. As long as UPS is working, we are too!
I want to remind you that we have offered Klarna as a payment option for some time; this allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 monthly payments.
We have also decided to start offering pre-paid returns.
We want you to feel comfortable purchasing our shoes online, knowing that you can easily return them if they don’t fit. With this step, we hope you will feel confident to try some new VJ shoes!
Returned shoes still have to be clean and be in as-new condition, so don’t run in them outside. Try them on in your house, walk around in them for an evening, give them a good test. Then, if they don’t fit or feel right, reach out for a return label.
I have really enjoyed meeting many of you at races. I look forward to getting back out there to race and meet even more of the Team VJ USA!
