Activate Your 1 Year Warranty 

VJ Shoes USA warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“Consumer”) in the United States and its territories that VJ Shoes USA: shoes will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This limited warranty applies only to VJ Shoes USA shoes that were purchased by the Consumer directly from VJ Shoes USA or a VJ Shoes USA-authorized retailer that is subject to VJ Shoes USA quality control requirements, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This limited warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or consumer or any other transferee of the product. VJ Shoes USA reserves the right to reject any warranty claim from a Consumer related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, accidental damage, misuse, improper transportation or storage, failure to follow product instructions, modification or alteration to the product, unauthorized repair, or negligence. 

Faulty or defective items will either be replaced or refunded following an evaluation by VJ Shoes USA.
