Love these shoes

Did Savage Race in Georgia with these. They did great job for me.
This pair is my second one (backup).
I will do one more ORC (Tough Mudder) at least with the first pair. Washed them after race, they are like new.

As good as always

This is my favorite model of VJs. Well rounded and fit true to size. Wore them for WTM 2021 and had no issues. Just bought a second pair for WTM 22 and they feel as good as always.

Love these but not enough cushion. The grip is amazing. Hoping they last longer than the Ultras, I wore out 3 pairs since April, mostly running mountains with granite.

4th pair

These shoes are the best one-shoe-does-it-all trail shoe I have found. It is the ideal shoe for long days, especially with lots of mixed terrain. I have two other models of VJs, both excellent; but, the MAXx are the ones I find myself defaulting to more often than not. Have done the Oachitas, Ozarks, Massanutten,White, and Blue Ridge in these, and they have performed beautifully every time: wet, dry, cold, hot, you name it. Hope they make them forever. Just don’t wear them on the kitchen floor or you will get in trouble!
