Exchanges and Returns

Purchases from VJShoesUSA.com:

• We offer No Hassle return shipping for customers in the USA.  
• Shoes that have been worn outside do not qualify for return or exchange.
• Items must be in like-new and unused condition.
• A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. 
• You may return or exchange new shoes within 30 days of delivery.
• You must include your packing list, order confirmation email, or something with your name and order number!

Customers in the USA:

• Please set up your return via the Buy with Prime program. 

Customers in Canada and Mexico:

• Shoes can be returned to the address below. Let us know you are returning the shoes before shipping back to us.

Return Policy: Faulty or defective items will either be replaced or refunded following an evaluation by VJ Shoes North America.
